We love everything about Johnnies (except the wait because EVERYONE loves Johnnies). The people who work there make you feel like family and the food is excellent! Enjoy breakfast or lunch at this Mays Landing locals favorite.

Jerry and I enjoyed breakfast...well prepared and tasty! We sat at the counter next to a wonderful lady...everyone was so friendly. There was certainly a large flow of patrons but Ms. Sara sure kept things running smoothly. Great spot! We will definitely revisit!

Went for breakfast on a Saturday morning. The waitresses were very nice but... The bacon was paper thin. The sausage in my wife's omelette was burned and inedible. I ordered eggs over medium and I received runny eggs with soggy toast. Maybe they were just busy? If you prefer quantity over quality it may be for you.

A great diner. Old school style with the cooking area right out in the open behind the counter. Excellent diner fare with personable wait staff. Feels like home but without the cleanup. Prices very reasonable.

Crowded, must be popular. Food was blah. Toast was warm bread soaking with butter. Potatoes were dry. Eggs were small. Sausage patties were thin and tasteless. Waitress lacked personality. It's also expensive. Small plates were annoying. The last straw was being overcharged. Pointed out the error and got an argument. Cashier actually got out a menu to prove her point. When she realized she was wrong she said we got the "Special". We didn't. What's special about this place is poor food, mediocre service and a low math aptitude.
